1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website or booking a cleaning service with Evergreen Cleaning Company, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services
Evergreen Cleaning Company provides professional eco-friendly cleaning services in the Greater Toronto Area, including residential cleaning, office cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, post-construction cleaning, and carpet cleaning.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
3. Bookings and Cancellations
Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of your booking request and our written confirmation. We ask that cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.
4. Payment
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated at the time of booking. All prices are in Canadian dollars and subject to applicable taxes.
5. Access to Property
You agree to provide our cleaning team with safe and reasonable access to the property at the scheduled service time. If access cannot be provided, a lock-out fee may apply.
6. Liability
Evergreen Cleaning Company is fully insured. In the unlikely event of damage caused by our team, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly and fairly.
We are not liable for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or damage resulting from improperly secured items.
7. Satisfaction Guarantee
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our service, please contact us within 24 hours and we will return to address the concern at no additional charge.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
